  1. Bring a large pot of salter water to a boil. Once water is boiling, add in your potato & broccoli. Boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft & mashable.
  2. While your water is boiling, in a small sauté pan or skillet, roast the garlic cloves on low for approximately 20 minutes or until soft. Stir often so as not to burn them. Once done, remove from heat and allow cool so you can remove the casing.
  3. Drain pot and place ingredients in a large bowl. Combine with butter, milk, parmesan, salt & pepper and garlic. I use a potato masher (insert affiliate link), mashing until smooth in texture.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
